The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and ripping of timber, tourist development of the forest, work related to the economy in the forest nursery to be carried out in the Forest District Cewice in the year 2022
The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Cewice Forest District in the year 2022-II STAGE -PACKAGE IP.The scope of the subject includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and others resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Part no. 3.1.— size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Zał. No 3.2— sortentment arrangement of timber harvesting; Form no. 3.3-summary of timber distances and conditions; Part no. 3.4— a summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; Part no. 3.5 — information on the use of possible logging technologies; Part No 3.8 - list of areas from protection of raids and subrods
The kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021, as amended by Decision No 101 Director-General of State Forests of 16 September 2021 and as amended by Decision No 112 of the Director-General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 on the introduction into application of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of Forests State and regional quality standards, as defined by Decision No 16/2021 of the RDLP in Gdańsk of 7 June 2021, as amended by Decision No 37/2021 of the Director of the RDLP in Gdańsk of 9 July 2021. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the technology standard of execution of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to the SWZ.The description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Due to the actual nature and weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, Zam. reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as pausing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part of the work. These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area (including locations in the Package Realization Area not pre-indicated in SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Areas, within the framework of the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject specified in the SWZ, which are to be executed throughout the Package Execution Area.
