The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works: "Reconstruction of Admirała Józefa Unruga Street on the section from the E. Kwiatkowski flyover to the intersection with Bosmańska Street in Gdynia". The order is co-financed from the funds of the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Programme. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it.
I. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1. execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1.1), instructions for the execution of construction works (Appendix No. 1.3) and taking into account the instructions of the SWZ,
2. obtaining an occupancy permit or submitting a notification of completion of construction works to the competent building supervision authority and submitting to the Contracting Authority the obtained permit or a document confirming the effectiveness of the notification; The Contractor shall determine on its own which parts of the subject of the contract and within what period require obtaining such a permit or submitting a notification. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor relevant powers of attorney in this respect.
II. The subject of the contract for the execution of construction works includes:
1) demolition works,
2) road works,
3) reconstruction / construction of rainwater drainage,
4) construction of street lighting,
5) Reconstruction / construction of traffic lights
6) reconstruction of the heating network,
7) reconstruction of the gas network,
8) reconstruction/construction of sanitary sewage and water supply networks,
9) reconstruction of the sewage system of the monitoring system and TRISTAR
10) reconstruction and protection of the existing telecommunication ducts
11) reconstruction and protection of the existing power grid, removal of MV and LV collisions,
13) liquidation of existing armament,
14) securing conflicting utilities,
15) demolition and construction of new elements of small architecture,
16) greenery,
17) temporary traffic organization,
18) the target traffic organization,
19) Installation of an information board (Polish Order),
20) Promotional activities.
III. The contracting authority informs that pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPL Act, it will first examine and evaluate the submitted tenders, and then select the contractor whose bid will be the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 139(2) of the PPL Act, provides for the request for the declarations referred to in Chapter X of the SWZ only from the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest.
