The purpose of this contract is the determination and definition of the maintenance tasks of the green spaces and street trees of the municipality of Parets de Vallès and of the fountains and sheets of water and management of the road pits of the municipality, as well as audits and quality control of the tasks carried out in the maintenance of green spaces. woodland and fountains and water sheets and tree pits

The contract covers both preventive maintenance tasks, i.e. the preliminary tasks to be carried out to avoid incidents occurring in these spaces and in these elements, and corrective tasks, i.e. the tasks carried out once the incident has occurred to ensure the normal operation of the spaces and elements.

The actions covered by the contract are for the maintenance of plant material (trees, shrubs, lawns and meadows) including phytosanitary treatments, maintenance of irrigation installations and roads and granular pavements, cleaning of urban furniture in green areas, felling and lowering of vines, tree plantations, etc.

Maintenance of ornamental fountains in the Linera and the Sot d ́En Barriques, the Balsa de Levante and Can N ́Oms, the urban fountains and the fountains located in municipal facilities.

The scope of action that is the object of the work to manage the adventitious vegetation of the tree pits of road alignment includes all the trees located on roads, within the municipality of Parets del Vallès.

The scope of action subject to the audits and quality control of the 6 tasks carried out corresponds to the scope of action of each of the batches that are subject to the controls and audits of Lot 4.
