This call for tenders concerns an open procedure for the provision of a learning and development platform for the following organisations:

Purpose of the tender

The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the provision of a learning and development platform, as further described under question group 1.1 of this document.

The contract has an initial duration of four (4) years, with an option for unilateral renewal by the contracting authority of two (2) times two (2) years. The contracting authority has a target go-live date for the learning and development platform of 01 November 2023.
