the services expected of the UCI coordinator are divided into six technical parts (designated in the market under the term “technical part”), to be performed separately, within the meaning of Article 22 of the CCAG-PI:

the project consists of the construction of: - an accommodation residence and training activities related to hospitality, training and high-level sport, for increased accessibility for athletes and visitors with an outdoor parking of 15 places including 4

PMR parking spaces, - an official accommodation included in the building above with an independent entrance. The construction program includes all the work necessary for a complete installation, in working condition and comfort of use of all premises and outdoor facilities in the retained land allowance of CREPS. The estimated cost of works is estimated at 3,220,000.00 euros (excl. VAT).
