The purpose of the contract is to provide the services (preventive and corrective) necessary for the normal and permanent maintenance of the site's outdoor developments in green spaces.

The main services due under the contract are (not exhaustive):

- Mowing grassed areas;

- The pruning of hedges and shrubs;

- Pruning and pruning trees;

- Mowing of the spreading area (microstep);

- The clearing of the cemetery, the VIE base, etc. ;

- Weeding of alleys and unplanted surfaces (gravel areas, traffic routes,

etc.) and perimetric;

- Felling and stumping of trees and shrubs, if necessary;

- Replacement of geotextile surfaces, if necessary;

- The collection of branches and fallen leaves;

- Maintenance of the irrigation network;

- The disposal and recovery of green waste;

- The disposal and treatment of waste other than green waste;

- The maintenance in perfect state of cleanliness of the site.
