The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the territory of Świecie commune, from the properties on which the inhabitants live. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the territory of Świecie commune, from real estate on which residents live. The area of Świecie municipality is 175 km2. The number of residents covered by the municipal municipal waste management system is approx. 29.000. It is forecast that the amount of municipal waste which the Contractor will be obliged to collect during the execution of the order will range from approx. 5,000 to 5.500 Mg. The order in question does not include waste management services. All received waste The Contractor will deliver to the Intercommunal Waste Disposal Complex in Sulnówko, address: Sulnówko 74C, 86 - 100 Świecie. This contract does not cover waste management activities and costs. Properties from which the Contractor is obliged to collect municipal waste will be indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract. The Contractor will equip the operated properties with specific types of waste collection containers and bags. The waste collection containers and bags at the disposal of the contractor shall meet the requirements set out in the contract model, which is Annex 5 to the proposed provisions of the contract. These requirements also apply to containers inserted by the Contractor during the duration of the contract on behalf of the Ordering Party.
The “output” quantity of individual types of containers and bags for collection of waste which the Contractor undertakes to dispose of is specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. During the duration of the contract, the Ordering Party may order the Contractor to provide additional containers — more than the “output” quantity. Payment for additional containers will be carried out on the terms specified in the model of the proposed provisions of the contract.
The Contractor shall be obliged to provide services with vehicles submitted in the tender offer meeting the requirements referred to in Annex 2 to the proposed provisions of the contract. The work of waste collection vehicles will be monitored by the Contracting Authority using a system whose operating principles are set out in Appendix No. 3 to the proposed provisions of the contract. The Contractor undertakes at its own expense to organize the warehouse and transport base necessary for the performance of the scope of services covered by this contract. The storage and transport base must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the proposed provisions of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to organize an office for contact with residents on the territory of the warehouse and transport base or in another place, accessible to residents of Świecie commune. The office will be open every working day, for at least 4 hours a day. The Contractor will be obliged to perform regular washing and disinfecting containers and removing contaminants from areas adjacent to containers.
In the case of multi-premises buildings also for disposal of waste containers left by e.g. bulky waste containers. The Contractor shall submit monthly reports to the Contracting Authority, on the model specified in Appendix No. 6 to the proposed provisions of the contract. Detailed manner of record-keeping is specified in the model of the proposed provisions of the contract.
