Through this invitation to tender, a project organisation managed by the contracting authority shall be established. The contract includes two main assignments: (1) Detailed engineering design of the building, and (2) consultancy/advisory service to the contracting authority during the project period. A more detailed content of which assignments and what kind of assistance the tenderer shall provide will be agreed upon in detail after signing the contract, but it is particularly relevant with e.g., planning, procurement of construction contract (s), contracting, follow-up during the construction phase and the warranty period of the building. Tenders are requested for various professional and job categories, and special key personnel will be considered.

This assignment applies to detailed engineering design and consultancy service for the establishment of the building. However, the process plant is not included. A separate tender contest has been published for the contract regarding the process plant, and a contract for a advisory/consultancy services for this lot has been entered into.
