The Bank of France is engaged in a program to transform the Network's branches nationwide by 2030.
This generic Tertiary program combines some or all of the following components in order of priority:
1. Rationalization and optimization of operating premises;
2. Deployment of the "Office of tomorrow" and personae specific to the Network including guidelines for the development of tertiary spaces with the implementation of Teleworking and hybrid work.
3. Regulations relating to the accessibility of persons with disabilities in premises open to the public;
4. Treatment of building pathologies – Major maintenance work.
5. Integration of the Tertiary Decree of May 2017
This contract concerns only the Ajaccio branch, which is classified as a heritage site.
In this context, the Contracting Authority wishes to call on a service provider for the project management mission for the Ajaccio site.
This contract is tranches, it is composed of a firm tranche and 4 optional tranches.
The firm tranche relates to the realization of the basic missions for the operation of rehabilitation of the tertiary space of the branch, namely:
DIAG: Diagnostic studies
ESQ: Sketch Studies
SPA/DSA: Summary Draft/Final Draft
AA: Administrative authorizations, prior declaration/building permit
PRO: Project Studies
ACT: Assistance to the MOA for the award of works contracts
VISA: Execution Studies Visa
Det: direction of execution of works contracts
AOR: Assistance during acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion
SYN: Synthesis of implementation studies
ACOUST : Acoustic mission
Throughout the contract (all phases combined), the incumbent will also ensure cross-functional missions and in particular the management of requests for the allocation of site access authorizations, ensure relations with concessionaires and manage common expenses as well as develop site installation programs.
The work will take place in a busy site.
The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works is estimated at approximately € 2,600,000 excluding VAT (value May 2023).:

The Account Holder must specify its internal organization to cover all these skills. At a minimum, a qualified specialist is required for each of the above-mentioned skills.
