1. The subject of the contract includes planting in the indicated green areas of the city of Sosnowiec nursery material purchased by the Contractor along with a three-year care period of the plantings.
2. Detailed characteristics of trees and shrubs for planting and care can be found in Annex 1a to SWZ – Valuation tables, depending on the part for which the offer will be submitted.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ [hereinafter: "SOPZ"].
