As part of performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is required to obtain all required opinions, calculations, arrangements and checks of design solutions to the extent resulting from applicable regulations.

This service applies to project documentation on the basis of which construction works have been commissioned tasks Construction of the beltway of the city of Wałbrzych along national road No. 35, including documentation by Trakt Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. z / s in Katowice. The author's supervision responsibilities include making (each time upon a written request of the Employer, including e-mail) spare / supplementary drawings as part of performing author's supervision for the project entitled "Construction of the Wałbrzych beltway along national road No. 35". As part of performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is required to obtain all required opinions, calculations, arrangements and checks of design solutions to the extent resulting from applicable regulations. The time allocated to perform the activities specified in this point will be adequate to the time of their performance and determined jointly by the Employer and the Contractor not longer than 10 calendar days. In special cases, upon a justified request of the Contractor, the Employer may extend the time to complete the variable / supplementary drawings.
