Stadtwerke Solingen GmbH operates, among other things, the Glüder waterworks for drinking water supply. This draws water from the Sengbachtalsperre, a drinking water reservoir, consisting of the pre-dam and the main dam. The infrastructure of the main barrier is to be upgraded. The subject matter of the contract to be awarded is the necessary planning services in the field of construction, process and electrical engineering.

The subject matter of the general planning contract to be awarded is in particular the following planning services (basic services and, if applicable, Special services of the respective service profiles) for the upgrading of the infrastructure of the Sengbachtalsperre:

a) Specialist planning of civil engineering structures (buildings and installations of hydraulic engineering) within the meaning of § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12.1 HOAI, pipeline phases 1-9;

b) Technical equipment planning within the meaning of § 55 HOAI in conjunction with 15.1 HOAI, plant groups according to § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 4, 5, 7 HOAI, power phases 1-9 (power systems, telecommunications and information technology systems, process engineering systems). In addition, for the construction of a small technical building, the contractor may also have to carry out services of object planning for buildings and interiors and structural planning.

The objectives of the intended upgrading measure are:

1. Upgrading of the energy supply, building technology, measurement technology and process engineering.

2. Conception of a new flood-protected technical building on the wall forecourt for the operation of all drives and measurements. Furthermore, the redundant power supply must be connected in the new technical building and accommodated during operation.

3. Development of a new measurement and operating concept with corresponding data storage. This requires a connection to the existing control system in the Glüder waterworks (currently a WinCC).

4. Upgrading of all cable routes and cable paths inside and outside the dam.

5. Replacement and expansion of the process technology in the tunnels by a flow, turbidity, pressure and oxygen measurement.

6. Preparation of a comprehensive plant and function description (AFB).

7. Preparation of a machine and plant list (M+A list).

8. Creation of a process diagram (VS) with associated structure of a plant identification system (AKZ)
