Awarding of general planning services for the expansion of the KiTa Purzelbaum. The concept includes the expansion of the existing day care center (KiTa) with a 3rd group including all necessary premises.
The district town of Siegburg intends to expand the Purzelbaum daycare center. The concept includes the expansion of the existing day care center (KiTa) with a 3rd group including all necessary premises. In order to do justice to the task, various solutions were developed as part of a feasibility study. The subject of the planning is the "open concept", which abolishes the classic daycare groups and makes the group rooms freely accessible to the children. Furthermore, the self-sufficient use of the multi-purpose and equipment room for the village community was to be preserved.
This feasibility study was prepared by the architect Martini Architekten from Bonn and is provided in the facilities.
Construction costs (cost group 200-600) of approx. EUR 1 million (gross) are planned for the construction project.
