"Construction of Kredowa, Urlopowa, Ostoja – Zagórski streets and a newly built section of the road (extension of Czesława Miłosz street)", including in particular: reconstruction of Kredowa, Urlopowa, Ostoja Zagórski streets, construction of a new road section constituting an extension of Czesława Miłosz street, construction of an intersection with circular traffic, construction of sidewalks and parking spaces, reconstruction and construction of public and individual exits, construction and reconstruction of rainwater and sanitary sewage systems, construction of street lighting, reconstruction of collision underground networks (m.in. electricity, gas, water supply, teletechnical networks), demolition of cubature objects, felling of trees and shrubs, planting of trees and shrubs and other works in accordance with the design documentation.

The subject of the contract includes comprehensive implementation of construction works on the investment task entitled: "Modernization of the road system of the Północ district in Szczecin - adaptation to new socio-economic conditions", first stage of implementation: "Construction of Kredowa, Urlopowa, Ostoja - Zagórski streets and a newly built road section (extension of Czesława Miłosz street)". The subject of the task is the first part of the investment project of the Contracting Authority under the name "Modernization of the road system of the Północ district in Szczecin - adaptation to new socio-economic conditions", includes comprehensive implementation of construction works on the investment task entitled: Modernization of the road system of the Północ district in Szczecin - adaptation to new socio-economic conditions", I stage of implementation: "Construction of Kredowa, Urlopowa, Ostoja - Zagórski streets and newly built road section (extension of Czesława Miłosz Street)", including in particular: reconstruction of Kredowa, Urlopowa, Ostoja Zagórski streets, construction of a new road section constituting an extension of Czesława Miłosz street, construction of an intersection with circular traffic, construction of sidewalks and parking spaces, reconstruction and construction of public and individual exits, construction and reconstruction of rainwater and sanitary sewage systems, construction of street lighting, reconstruction of collision networks underground (m.in. electricity, gas, water supply, teletechnical networks), demolition of cubature objects, felling of trees and shrubs, planting of trees and shrubs and other works in accordance with the design documentation.

The project "Modernization of the road system of the Północ district in Szczecin - adaptation to new socio-economic conditions" is co-financed from the funds from the Government Road Development Fund.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: a model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ, design documentation constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ and Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ, a table of TER settlement elements constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. The settlement of works will take place on the basis of a table of settlement elements.
