The Satcen seeks to establish a supply framework contract with a single economic operator for the purchase of audio-visual (‘AV’) goods and services, in order to furbish the conference and meeting areas of its new extended facilities at the Torrejón de Ardoz airbase (Madrid) with functional and high-quality AV equipment. The contractor must be able to provide a full product suite in multimedia systems and a wide range of associated services (i.e. delivery, installation, configuration, start-up, testing, training and technical support, including repairs/replacements and onsite assistance) by deploying sufficient and adequate manpower and tools as needed. The contractor shall also be able to offer and deliver at short notice all the items requested by the Satcen and successfully complete the installation and commissioning of any ordered equipment shortly after delivery.
