Nesset Municipality shall construct a new health centre next to the existing municipality building in Nesset municipality. The existing building for health services (dentists, home care services, a health centre) must be demolished. This also includes a garage situated on the site. The ground conditions are challenging, and the new building must be subject to piling. Security measures must be made in relation to the river that runs past, as well as the future sea level. The new health centre must contain a day centre, health services, sheltered accommodation flats, dental services and a home care service base. An outdoor area shall be established. The south part of the outdoor area shall be include in a larger plan for Nesset.
