The purpose of this consultation is to set up framework agreements for carrying out small masonry work for the needs of the CEA Le Ripault center. The framework agreements envisaged will cover needs from 0 to 25,000 EUR excluding VAT.

As a first step, it is necessary to submit an application respecting the conditions of the contract notice. Secondly, the CEA will send the selected companies, following the analysis of the applications, an invitation to tender.

- demolitions:

—— demolition of concrete structures;

—— coring;

- various networks:

—— creation of trenches;

—— laying of gutters;

—— raising and fitting of EP manholes;

—— supply and fitting of sleeves;

- masonry - structural work:

—— creation of concrete beds, steps, concrete plinths, BA posts;

—— creation of bays and hoppers;

—— completion and resumption of paving;

—— repair of the floor with asphalt tiles;

—— condemnation of bays in agglomerated blocks;

—— production of coatings.

The envisaged framework agreement covers small works from 0 to 25,000 EUR. Annually, it represents around 90 cases with an average amount of 4,000 EUR excluding VAT.
