Mid Ulster District Council seeks experienced electrical contractors for planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, testing, certification, and minor works across its estate.
Electrical Maintenance, Repair, Testing and Minor Works for Mid Ulster District council. Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced electrical contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, testing and certification and minor works throughout the Council’s estate. The contract period will be for an initial 12 month period, i.e. 1st April ’25 to 31st March ‘26 with the option to extend for 2 separate 12-month periods or part thereof up to a maximum of 36 months, subject to review and performance, i.e. up to March 2028.
