WRAP intends to put in place a framework agreement to provide specialist research for Waste composition analysis. This new framework will replace an expired framework (FRA060 — Lot 3).

The purpose of this framework is to enable WRAP to deliver waste composition analysis services. These typically include:

• identifying recyclable materials remaining in the residual waste stream;

• identifying contamination levels in recyclable materials;

• calculating capture rates for targeted recyclable materials; and

• correlating arisings of waste and recyclable materials with attitudes and behaviours.
