The subject of the contract is the successive preparation of photogrammetric studies of aerial photographs of mortgage properties located in the area covered by the decree of 26 October 1945 on ownership and use of land in the area of the m.st of Warsaw (Journal of Laws No. 50, item 279) consisting in:

1. Drawing the boundaries of former mortgage properties together with the boundaries of cadastral plots for aerial photographs.

2. Description of the areas included in the former mortgage properties:

a) with an area of up to 1,000 m2,

b) with an area from 1,001 m2 to 2,000 m2,

c) with an area from 2,001 m2 to 10,000 m2,

d) with an area of more than 10,000 m2,

for the purposes of proceedings for their return and compensation.
