Specialist planning Structural design according to § 51 HOAI and consulting services for thermal building physics according to Annex 1.2 HOAI

The municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg is planning the construction of a new fire department building with parking spaces for up to eight fire engines. The investigations so far assume a gross floor area of 2,232 m² for the building, and 4,478 m² for the outdoor area. A preliminary spatial programme is available. The costs of the overall measures for KG 200-700 are estimated at approx. € 7.33 million net.

For this purpose, design offices are invited to participate in the competition, which offer the performance profile of specialist structural design

and consulting services on thermal building physics according to HOAI, and have implemented similar measures in the past.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
