LOT-0001
Procurement of Charging Infrastructure for Electric Buses Expansion Stage 2.
The Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG contributes to the reduction of urban emissions (CO2 emissions) in Dresden by procuring electric buses. To this end, the required charging infrastructure must be gradually established. In the first procurement step, charging infrastructure for lines 68 and 81 was installed in 2021. In the years 2027 and 2028, line 61 will also be electrified; optionally, lines 85, 70, and 80 may be included. This procedure aims to procure the charging infrastructure for these lines. Since the influx of vehicles is currently only secured for line 61, the charging infrastructure for the other lines is an optional part of the order.

The services to be provided include, in addition to the delivery and installation of the charging infrastructure, the provision of planning services, assistance to the client in approval procedures, diagnostic systems, software, communication and backend systems, training and coordination, as well as tests with the vehicle manufacturers of the vehicles to be delivered and a multi-year follow-up service.
The procurement project includes the following essential elements:
*** Integration of medium voltage switchgear, transformer, power units, and all other technical components in accessible charging stations, utilizing 6 free installation and connection points for charging devices (switch cabinets) within 2 of the already existing transformer charging stations (TLS) at the Gruna depot *** In total, the order includes up to 39 charging points (18 depot charging points with 150kW and 21 fast charging points with 300kW), for which up to 12 TLS will need to be constructed. Four TLS will be awarded with 18 depot charging points and three TLS with 2 fast charging points each as fixed components of the order. The remaining 8 TLS with 17 fast charging points can be called off as an option by the client. *** Connection of the charging stations to a customer-owned 20 kV medium voltage ring of DVB AG at the depots; connection of the charging stations at the line endpoints to the medium voltage network of the energy supplier (network connection requests will be submitted by the client) *** Communication with the vehicle using a communication protocol according to DIN EN ISO 15118 and exclusively conductive; ***Control of the charging devices mandatory via OCPP 1.6 (with the possibility to update to a higher OCPP version) through the existing load and charging management (short: LLM) of the company Stausberg & Vosding, possibly conducting an integration test. The LLM serves, among other things, for
