Planning services for the construction of the new road maintenance center in Callenberg
Planning electrical installation.
Services for the planning of the technical equipment according to § 53 HOAI Facilities Group 4, 5, 7 are to be provided for the construction of the new road maintenance center in Callenberg. The basis for this is the "catalog of measures road service - guideline for the installation of Meistereien (RAM) M8" according to federal standard and the space requirement plan. Furthermore, the following special services should be commissioned: Energetic concept / energy certificate / EnEV certificate and fire protection concept.
The parcels are located outside (§ 35 BauGB). The admissibility of the project can be assessed as a permissible project within the scope of the overall project in accordance with § 35 (2) BauGB. Total area of 18 760 m
The following buildings are to be arranged: company building, hall I - motor vehicles and equipment, hall II - motor vehicles and equipment, hall III - warehouses and equipment, hall IV - grit storage, brine mixer station, storage boxes.
The total floor space of the buildings is approximately 2 400 m
The planning of the buildings should consider the following aspects: economic structures for the construction, compactness, reduction of transmission heat losses, economic operation, durability, low maintenance and ease of cleaning materials and surfaces, robustness, multi-functionality, non-operational weather, motivating work environment, aesthetic appearance, clear design language ,
The buildings are to be placed on the property so that the functions optimally intermesh. For driveways, vehicle parking spaces, access to the halls and the transport of materials, the vehicle sizes and their turning circles must be observed.
In the outdoor area are to be arranged: storage areas, outdoor washing areas, parking lots and delivery.
