1) The subject of the contract, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II of the SWZ, are maintenance services consisting in maintaining the operational Technical Protection Systems and Fire Alarm Systems at PSE S.A. power stations.
2) The subject of the order has been divided into 5 parts called Packages, i.e.:
- Package No. 1 – all power stations in ZKO in Warsaw,
- Package No. 2 - all power stations in ZKO in Radom,
- Package No. 3 - all power stations in ZKO in Katowice,
- Package No. 4 - all power stations in ZKO in Poznań,
- Package No. 5 - all power stations in ZKO in Bydgoszcz.
Package No. 1 – all power stations in ZKO in Warsaw1) The subject of the contract, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II of the SWZ, are maintenance services consisting in maintaining the operational Technical Protection Systems and Fire Alarm Systems at PSE S.A. power stations.
2) Acting pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall establish requirements for maintaining the confidential nature of information provided to Contractors in the course of the procedure. The following parts of the SWZ shall be confidential:
a. Part II SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
b. Model No. 12 Part III SWZ - Offer form containing address lists of power stations.
3) Pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority does not make the parts of the SWZ listed in point 3 available on the website due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in the SWZ.
4) In order to protect the confidential nature of the Confidential Information made available in the course of these proceedings, the Contracting Authority reserves that the Confidential Information referred to above will be provided together with the invitation to submit tenders via the Procurement Platform. The Contractor shall submit, together with the request to participate in the proceedings, confidentiality statements with a qualified electronic signature.
5) The model confidentiality statement is Model No. 10 and 10A to Part III of the SWZ.
6) Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those referred to.
In accordance with Article 101 (5) of the Act, the Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority shall prove in the tender that the proposed solutions satisfy the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
7) The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate, in the tender, the part of the contract which it intends to entrust to Subcontractors and the Contractor to specify the Subcontractors' companies, if they are already known. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract consisting in the performance of planned works in the field of Technical Protection Systems (excluding the Fire Alarm System).
Package No. 2 – all power stations in ZKO in Radom1) The subject of the contract, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II of the SWZ, are maintenance services consisting in maintaining the operational Technical Protection Systems and Fire Alarm Systems at PSE S.A. power stations.
