This consultation is launched according to the procedure: Open call for tenders - articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. Its purpose is to assist in the financial analysis of public service concession contracts for the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis and the City of Nice, and to produce financial sheets for the financial control commissions (CCF). Public service concession contracts benefiting from specific financial AMO are excluded from the scope of this contract regarding the support for the procurement and award procedures of the contracts. However, the production of CCF sheets for all public service concession contracts of the Metropolis and the City of Nice is included in the scope of this contract.

Mission of assistance for the financial analysis of public service concession contracts for the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis and the City of Nice.
Framework agreement with purchase orders. Minimum: 30,000.00 Euros Maximum: 100,000.00 Euros Excluding VAT. Estimated administration cost excluding VAT: 71,800.00 Euros (established for a duration of 12 months). The contract is awarded in a joint procurement group coordinated by the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis, which awards, signs, and notifies. The members of the group are as follows: Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis and the City of Nice. Financial distribution: Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis: Minimum amount 30,000 Euros excluding VAT - Maximum amount: 80,000 Euros excluding VAT / City of Nice: No minimum annual amount - Maximum annual amount: 20,000 Euros excluding VAT. Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months. Number of possible renewals: 3. Start of the contract: Upon notification of the contract. The execution period for each service is indicated in the purchase order or, where applicable, in the C.C.T.P.
