Grane kommune [municipality] extends an invitation to participate in a tender competition for: detailed engineering design, complete erection of the new health station with outdoor areas and associated municipal infrastructure at Trofors.

The health station will include i.a. sheltered accommodations, nursing home places with a day centre, dementia department, sheltered residence rooms, contagious rooms and palliative care residential rooms, in addition to traditional functions. The functions are partly distributed over two floors, and the buildings have a combined GFA of approx. 3 800 m2 and outdoor areas of approx. 9 100 m2.
