Conduction of special accommodation by landlord procurement

This request concerns the construction of a special accommodation, LSS accommodation*, within Strängnäs municipality (but not on Tosterön) and after completion, rental to Strängnäs Fastighets AB, which in turn will sublease the entire property to Strängnäs municipality. Strängnäs municipality will then in turn lease the LSS accommodation to individual users with separate rental contracts.
