Mellerud municipality intends to procure school transport trips by taxi.

As of the autumn term 2023, regular school transport will be switched to public transport. Regular school transport is supplemented with certain taxi trips based on students' individual needs, alternating accommodation and other conditions that require taxis in order for the municipality to live up to its commitments in accordance with adopted school transport regulations and legislation.

The agreement covers all school days from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension for two more academic years.

Includes one to two vehicles of 4 to 7 passenger seats where all passengers sit in a belted seat.
