Object planning for buildings according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI, work phases 1-9 for the replacement of care rooms at the primary school Aßlar

The district committee of the Lahn-Dill district, represented by the Building Department - Schools, is the sponsor of schools according to the Hessian School Act. In this role, he is planning a replacement building at the Aßlar primary school.

The primary school in Aßlar is surrounded by three streets and is adjacent to the Protestant parish hall, a retirement home and another building that houses the municipal after-school care centre. In addition, there is a childcare facility housed in school rooms, which is run by the school's support association.

The school complex consists of classrooms and functional rooms built in different eras in the center of the city of Aßlar. Around 1900, the primary school was built with a toilet building (south) and a teacher's residence and in 1951 the primary school building was extended with an "angle building".

In 1965 and 1966, the primary school in Aßlar was expanded with a single-storey administration and classroom block, a 3-storey classroom wing with 12 classrooms and a toilet building (north). The southern toilet building from 1900 was renovated in 1967 and completely renovated.

In the years from 2009 to 2013, the site was comprehensively renovated, partly with funding from the federal government's economic stimulus package II.

The extension at the southern end of the building complex, which until recently contained the caretaker's apartment, is now vacant and is to be replaced by a new building to accommodate the care rooms. For this purpose, it is planned to realize 3 floors, each with a floor area of approx. 200 m² and corresponding foundations.

The actual planning services for building object planning are issued as a tiered order. It is intended to initially commission work phases 1 to 4 for the overall measure.
