1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment for detecting faults and uncontrolled leaks from the water supply network, as well as equipment related to the efficient use of water resources, including:
a) 20 pcs of battery-powered flow meters optimized for water applications, for flow measurements and leak detection in water supply networks;
b) 3,685 pcs of water meters along with IoT modules (overlays) used for their remote reading.
2. The scope of the contract includes:
a) Supply and installation of 3,685 water meters with remote reading overlays, including the replacement of seals and performing minor repairs in 30% of the installations,
b) Supply and installation of 20 battery-powered flow meters (IoT recorders with pressure sensors),
c) Supply and implementation of a remote water meter reading teleinformatics system with the necessary software for a period of 10 years,
d) Supply of mobile devices (smartphones) - 3 pcs,
e) Access to data transmission,
f) Access to the reading system,
g) Conducting training on device installation and system operation,
h) Integration of the implemented software with the contracting authority’s accounting system (Groszek),
i) Supply and installation of telemetry poles.
