AOK Hessen intends to distribute supplies of consumables and hygiene articles for objects in the state of Hesse externally from 1.12.2021.

The service includes shipping and delivery of consumables, hygiene items and dispenser systems, as well as assembly and maintenance. In essence, these are the following materials:

— toilet paper,

— towel paper,

— soap cream,

— quick spray disinfection,

— hygiene bags,

— cleaning agents,

— towel dispenser,

— soap dispenser,

— toilet roll holder,

— toilet set,

— pedal bin.

The details of the products and quantities are listed in Appendix 04a price sheets and appendix 04b quantity structure.

The quantities listed in Appendix 04b quantity framework are estimates based on experience over the past years. The actual quantities ordered can be both larger and smaller. A claim to a minimum turnover cannot be derived.

The contractor undertakes to offer all materials throughout the contract period. If an article is no longer available, AOK Hessen must be informed immediately and an equivalent product offered.
