N) is responsible for the procurement of small IT parts and IT accessories. For the procurement of these products, the IT. N customers are provided with an electronic webshop in which they can procure the necessary products.
This tender is intended to award a framework agreement for the supply of small IT parts and IT accessories (C parts). As part of the execution of the contract, the contractor must provide the necessary electronic webshop for small IT parts and IT accessories (C parts). The provider provides the electronic webshop on its own servers. THE IT. N customers can access the Electronic Webshop via the Internet.
It is the contractor's task to ensure that the webshop (daily) has the highest possible number of products in the specified product categories, to process the orders and to send the products to IT. N customers and to handle warranty and guarantee cases.
The contract term is initially 2 years; the term can be extended twice by 12 months each.
The allocation takes place in two quantity lots.
