Public Procurement Act Section 80, litra 3 and 4 - Only one supplier: The liquid chromatography - electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of flight (LC-ESI-QqTOF) mass spectrometer can only be supplied by Bruker Nordic AB because it is the only known commercial supplier of a system with similar specifications. There is an objective and proportionate reason for the establishment of specifications which result in there being only one supplier. The possibility that there are other potential suppliers who could deliver the same has been objectively excluded by market consultations.
