The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance services during the execution phase by a Construction Manager for the Buda project.

The Buda project, located at Chaussée de Vilvorde 202, 1120 Brussels aims to demolish and redevelop the site with an area of ~ 31,000 m 2 by constructing a central building on Rez + 2 of 3,000 m 2 , an industrial hall of 3,800 m 2 , an underground car park of 5500 m 2 , a Recypark (container park), an overhead car park and the development of the surroundings. It is intended to host the activities of the Regional Cleanliness Agency (hereafter ARP).

The object of the Construction Manager's mission during the execution phase is to provide the owner and his project manager with all the assistance and services advised and necessary in order to meet his objective of carrying out the “Buda project”. »Respecting the quality, the budget and the schedule.
