The above-mentioned plans for the renovation and extension of a school building must be carried out.

The service is put out to tender in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition with the following schedule:

- Submission of applications for participation by: 22.08.2023 (10:00 a.m.)

- Call for tenders (3 bidders): 04.09.2023

- Submission of bids by: 12.10.2023 until 11:45 a.m.

- Binding period until 31.01.2024

The technical planning TA, plant groups 1-3, phases 1 – 9 must be provided

The aim is to renovate the new building from the 1970s, as well as to demolish the old building and build a replacement building for it. In the course of these measures, the barrier-free development of the entire complex, the fulfillment of current standards of room temperature control, energy efficiency, fire protection, as well as the amok warning are to be implemented. The

Sports facilities and the sports hall are generally not the subject of the planning to be carried out (exceptions in the specific price sheets).

It is planned to rehabilitate in three phases. The first phase consists of the construction of the container school as an interim solution, the demolition and replacement of the new building, the second phase the renovation of the current new building and the third phase the dismantling of the interim solution container school on the sports field as well as the repair of the sports field surface.

Accordingly, school operations are to take place in the interim property as well as in the part of the building not affected by the construction project.
