The object of the order is to receive and use (preparation for reuse, recycling, other recovery processes, disposal) municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the municipality of Klucze, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the applicable rules.
