The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the design and build formula consisting in thermomodernization together with the replacement of light sources in public facilities of the Krapkowice commune, including: PSP No. 1 in Krapkowice and ZSP in Kórnica.

The subject of the order was divided into 2 lots:

1) Part I - Thermomodernization with the replacement of light sources at the ZSP in Kórnica. The subject of the contract is the performance of thermomodernization along with the replacement of light sources at the premises of the School and Preschool Complex in Kórnica (address of the building object: Kórnica, ul. Główna 2, 47-300 Krapkowice, POLAND), in the "design and build" mode;

2) part II - Thermomodernization together with the replacement of light sources in PSP No. 1 in Krapkowice. The subject of the contract is the performance of thermomodernization with the replacement of light sources at the Public Primary School No. 1 facility Juliusz Słowacki in Krapkowice (address of the building: ul. Szkolna 3, 47-300 Krapkowice, POLAND), in the "design and build" mode.

Part I - Thermomodernization with the replacement of light sources at the ZSP in Kórnica. The subject of the contract is the performance of thermomodernization along with the replacement of light sources at the facility of the School and Preschool Complex in Kórnica (address of the building object: Kórnica, ul. Główna 2, 47-300 Krapkowice, POLAND), in the 'design and build' mode.

The subject of the contract includes the object consisting of a teaching building, a residential part and a sports hall.

In order to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, as regards both parts of this contract, work should be carried out based on the information indicated in the functional and utility program (for Part I - Annex 9 and Annex 10 to the ToR; for Part II - Annex 9 and Annex 11 to the ToR) and energy audit (for Part I - Annex 12 to the ToR; for Part II - Annex 13 to the ToR), consisting in particular of:

a) preparation of complete design documentation for all required industries (including primarily: construction design, detailed designs, bill of quantities as well as as-built documentation, including the investment implementation schedule and BIOZ plan) along with obtaining all the required arrangements and permits, including a valid building permit, as well as a permit for use with PINB or UDT and notification of construction works, if their receipt / notification will be required by generally applicable law. Ensuring the author's supervision of the completed project documentation throughout the entire duration of construction works;

b) performance of construction works in accordance with the requirements and other information contained in the functional and utility program (for Part I - Annex 9 and Annex 10 to the ToR; for Part II - Annex 9 and Annex 11 to the ToR), in accordance with generally applicable law and the art of construction.

As part of thermomodernization of buildings, it is envisaged to use system thermal insulation solutions by insulating external walls, flat roofs and replacing the entrance doors and windows.

As part of the modernization of the building heating system, modernization of the installation is envisaged, while for the needs of heating and heating hot water with the use of an air-to-water heat pump.

As part of the modernization of indoor lighting, it is planned to replace light sources and luminaires with light sources for LED light sources and luminaires with LED light sources;

c) obtaining the required energy effects (achieving the required technological and technical parameters, as described in the subject of the contract for this contract (specified in Annexes 10-13 to the Terms of Reference).

In order to maintain the effects of the project, it is envisaged that infrastructure will be monitored to monitor the consumption of energy utilities and to automatically control energy systems to achieve optimal comfort in using the facilities.

Part II - Thermomodernization with the replacement of light sources in PSP No. 1 in Krapkowice. The subject of the contract is the performance of thermomodernization with the replacement of light sources at the Public Primary School No. 1 facility Juliusz Słowacki in Krapkowice (address of the building: ul. Szkolna 3, 47-300 Krapkowice, POLAND), in the "design and build" mode.

The subject of the contract covers a set of buildings (school complex), consisting of a school building and a gym building with facilities and a connector (between the main building and the sports hall).

In order to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, as regards both parts of this contract, work should be carried out based on the information indicated in the functional and utility program (for Part I - Annex 9 and Annex 10 to the ToR; for Part II - Annex 9 and Annex 11 to the ToR) and energy audit (for Part I - Annex 12 to the ToR; for Part II - Annex 13 to the ToR), consisting in particular of:
