The security service in the form of an on-site presence should include the following activities

1. Security hours on a calendar day between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.,

3. a.) in the building Friedrichstraße 95 and 102 personal presence of three uniformed

security staff, preferably one female security guard at a time.

b.) in the object Am Drehmannshof 11 personal presence of two uniformed

security staff, preferably one female security guard at a time.

4. Patrols in the exterior of the property.

5. Access control

6. De-escalation in the event of disputes within the residents

7. Alerting the police, ambulance service, fire brigade or city if necessary

8. Keeping records of order execution (guard book)

9. Enforcement of House Rules

9. Fault reports to the client (contact person) no later than

the following working day
