Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid - TIS invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of printed and digital teaching aids for the municipality’s entities, as well as a web-based tool for the procurement, overview, pupil and teacher display, and administration of licenses.

Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of text books, teaching material, and literature connected to learning. In addition, fiction and subject books and subject books for the school libraries in the municipality will be procured.

We would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer within book groups 1 - 9 and digital teaching aids, tools, and teaching aids, as well as a web-based tool for the procurement, overview, pupil and teaching display, and administration of licences (digital teaching aids).

The contract does not include a concretising tool.

The contract does not apply to the municipality's other public libraries.

The digital school is constantly changing, and there can be changes to the web-based needs. This means that the tenderer that has signed a contract must be flexible and future-orientated as regards the participants/schools' needs for digital development and changes.
