Market covers the supply of heat and the operation of all the air, thermal, energy and cold installations of the intercommunal hospital centre of Haute-Comté.

The market includes the following services:

— the supply of 'P1' energy, with commitment to comfort temperatures (heating and ECS), and with interest on energy consumption;

— the provision of “P2” services, namely, the operation of installations, monitoring, adjustment and routine maintenance, the guarantee of temperatures inside buildings, the management of regulatory controls of thermal installations;

— the full transparent guarantee in controlled expenditure 'P3';

— the maintenance of the safety conditions imposed by the various regulations in all installations covered by this maintenance contract;

— the achievement of a minimum energy coverage rate;

— the search for energy savings and compliance with the consumption targets defined in the act of commitment.
