The purpose of this contract is the intervention of the technical inspector who will be required to issue opinions and produce reports under the conditions of Articles L125-1 to L125-6 of the Construction and Housing Code and relating to the works designated below: - public contract for the design and construction of Furnace 4; - public works contract for the reinforcement and securing of the unloading dock; - Public contract for the renewal of thermal equipment

All the work will take place at the waste-to-energy unit, which is located in the heart of the Toulouse district of Mirail, on a 7.5 ha site, at the corner of Route de Seysses and Chemin de Perpignan.In accordance with the provisions of the CCTP, the technical inspector will be expected to carry out multiple interventions according to the following phases:1) Examination phase of the design documents; 2) Examination of implementation documents; 3) On-site examination phase of the structures and equipment subject to inspection; 4) Pre-acceptance phase; 5) Examination phase of the works carried out during the period of guarantee of perfect completionThe tasks entrusted to the technical inspector are as follows:- mission L, relating to the solidity of the inseparable structures and equipment elements and to the solidity of the equipment elements not inextricably linked. ; - Mission S, relating to the safety conditions of people in constructions;- Mission P1 relating to the solidity of equipment elements that are not inextricably linked; - LE mission relating to the solidity of existing buildings; - AV mission relating to the stability of the neighbours; - ITS mission: relating to the safety of people in industrial and tertiary buildings; - ENV mission, completes safety missions in classified facilities for the protection of the environment (fire or explosion risks);
