Lewisham Homes (LH) are looking for a consultant to carry out technical inspections of domestic gas equipment to include installations, repairs and servicing of gas appliances previously installed by LH's gas installation contractor.

To carry out joint and individual inspections for the presence of Legionella in communal dwellings water storage systems.

Lewisham Homes (LH) is seeking a Consultant to provide sufficient Gas Safe registered engineers with the relevant qualifications (e.g. ACS) to undertake gas quality assurance testing on 10 % of LH's installed gas stock each year.

The successful contractor will also be expected to undertake inspections to ensure the work is carried out to the relevant safety regulations, Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations 1998 and Water Hygiene Document HSE L8.
