Description:
Planning services for sewage, water and gas systems, heat supply systems and ventilation systems

Planning services for technical building equipment in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 2 for the work phases 1, 3-9 for the new and conversion of the Helene Lange grammar school. Due to poor performance by the office commissioned for service phases 1-2, the submitted preliminary planning must be checked and completed in the course of project incorporation (see Special Services).

Technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 7, in accordance with § 53 HOAI and service phases 3 to 9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI, basic services and special services
