While waste having EER codes 80318, 20.01.32 and 20.01.28, the successful tenderer has the obligation to collect the waste transferred inside the Municipal Collection Center, accept it at their plant or platform, in order to carry out the storage service and subsequent disposal, according to regulations. The contribution and initiation of the recovery of the fractions of bulky and/or durable waste produced by domestic and non-domestic users residing in the municipal territory, come from the direct contribution of the citizenship and/or through the provision by the service manager, RTI SEA SRL/Bono SLP srl, following the recovery of the bulky ones.
— the waste treatment service with EER code 20.03.03 (waste deriving from mechanized road sweeping of the municipal territory), includes the collection, emptying, reclamation of the body demountable, pressing (where allowed), the start to recovery including the subsequent, if any, disposal of the overlaps of residual fractions and/or non-compliant waste, — such waste is collected with the sweeper and are anthropogenic materials (such as cigarettes, plastic fractions, paper and other residues) coming from mechanized sweeping in the municipal area affected by them, with identification of CER codes (20.03.03) “road cleaning residues”, — the waste treatment service code EER 20.03.03 (waste from cleaning the beach, so-called stranded in the coast of the municipal territory). The withdrawal of waste by the contracting company must have a frequency that avoids storage in containers beyond normal capacity limits and in any case never exceeding 48 hours from the request for collection and emptying of bins within the JRC. The request for waste collection will be handled by RTI Sea SRL/Bono SLP srl as manager of the “collection and transport service for the disposal of differentiated and undifferentiated municipal solid waste including similar ones and other public hygiene services in the municipal territory of the Municipality of Sciacca”, which also takes care of mechanized road sweeping and cleaning of beaches.
The service also provides for the disposal of the overlaps of non-recoverable residual fractions and non-compliant waste, accidentally transferred and found inside the cargo, by transferring to authorized plants at the expense of and through the contracting entity and without any additional burden borne by the Municipality of Sciacca.
