ASG Spremberg GmbH is planning to set up a service and process water purification and distribution system (BPRVA) at the industrial site Schwarze Pumpe (ISP) to ensure that the ISP is supplied with service water.
The lot 1 to be processed includes all the works which comprise the soil improvement measures, the pipeline construction and the construction of the structures. The services of plant engineering are formulated as follows:
Molchbauwerk, measuring shaft pump reservoir, filter hall buffer tank for backwash water, water heater, pumping station, inlet and outlet (DN 500) to the BPRVA including the backwash water line and sludge line.
Lot 2 to be processed includes all equipment related to the provision and installation of piping, fittings, pumps and measuring instruments within the structures. The performance of the equipment is formulated as follows:
- shaft equipment of the structures pig building, measuring shaft, buffer tank for backwash water,
- Equipment for the pump storage tank including pipe grid cascades,
- defrosting and demanganizing filters, pumps and fittings for the filtration hall,
- equipment for the water heater,
- Pumps and equipment for the pumping station after service water tank.
The lot 3 to be processed includes all EMSR services, which include cable laying, the connection of electrical installations and the connection to the central process control system as well as programming. The services of EMSR are formulated as follows for all plant components:
- connection and commissioning of measuring equipment,
- laying and connection of the wiring,
- connection switchgear,
- Connection of emergency power system,
- Programming for connection to the central process control system.

- Reinforced concrete pig structure of compressive strength class C35 45 with concrete abutments; Outside dimensions including concrete abutment 6.10 x 3.40 x 3.35 m; Excavation pit with the dimensions 8,10 x 5,40 x 3,80 m,
- Test chamber made of reinforced concrete of compressive strength class C35 45 with concrete abutments; Outside dimensions incl. Concrete abutment 8,50 x 5,80 x 3,60 m; Excavation pit measuring 9.00 x 6.40 x 4.10 m,
- Pump tank made of reinforced concrete of compressive strength class C35 45 with surface for pipe mesh cascades; External dimensions 20.10 x 7.60 x 4.85 m; Excavation pit measuring 22.10 x 9.6 x 5.5 m,
- Filter hall as a thermally insulated solid system hall with insulating panel (core thickness of 150 mm); Dimensions 45.00 x 29.00 x 9.70 m,
- buffer tank for backwash water made of reinforced concrete of compressive strength class C35 45; External dimensions 12,50 x 5,00 x 3,10 m; Excavation pit with the dimensions 14,50 x 7,60 x 3,60 m,
- Domestic hot water storage tank with approx. 5,000 m
- Pumping station to service water tank as a warehouse in system construction; Dimensions 11,50 x 6,80 x 5,00 m,
- Inlet and outlet (DN 500) to the BPRVA including the backwash water line and sludge line to the ABA II (d140 x 8.3).

- connection switchgear,
- Connection of emergency power system,
- Programming for connection to the central process control system.
