The subject of the call for tenders is a framework contract.
The framework agreement includes services for the preparation of documents in the approval phase for the weather rollhole and
Consultancy services on vertical waterproofing, which are closely related to the services referred to in II 2.4).
The technical focus of the tendered services includes the vertical sealing of the Morsleben repository for radioactive waste (ERAM). These include the manhole closures of the Bartensleben and Marie shafts as well as the sealing of the southern ventilation rollhole.
Concept and design plans are available for the vertical seals, which have already been discussed with the approval authority MWU Saxony-Anhalt. The MWU experts have formulated demands, recommendations and advice (FEH) for the processing and adaptation of report content.
This framework agreement generally includes services for the preparation of documents and consulting services on vertical waterproofing.
The documents or chapters to be prepared (contributions to documents) are:
• Procedural document for the approval planning for the closure of the ventilation roll hole (U-GP-3.3-02)
• Chapter on sealing the ventilation roll hole in the EnDE underlay (U-GP-6.1-01)
• Chapter on manhole closures in the EnDE document (U-GP-6.1-01)
The documents of the approval planning phase summarize the previous planning services from the concept and design planning in a cohesive, consistent and without duplication. In addition, the previous verifications must be converted into a property and functionality assessment. The FEH of the MWU expert opinions from the previous proceedings are to be taken into account.
The consulting services are related to the services already mentioned. The review of the approval planning documents for the manhole closures and the ventilation rollhole will lead to further coordination, on which BGE needs expert advice.
Examples of other consulting services include:
• Preparation of technical reports and statements
• Expert advice to the BGE on specific issues relating to vertical closure measures
• Representation of expert statements in the planning approval procedure
• Professional and cost-related assessment of the work of third parties
The respective consulting services are specified and agreed upon by means of individual assignments.
