The GRETB intends to establish multi-supplier framework agreements for professional specialist mechanical, electrical and building maintenance services across their property portfolio. The framework agreement will be divided into the following three (3) lots:

— Lot 1: Mechanical Services,

— Lot 2: Electrical Services; and

— Lot 3: Building Maintenance Services.

Under lot one GRETB are requesting qualified contractors to provide on-going mechanical services as required.

Under Lot 2 GRETB are requesting qualified contractors to provide on-going electrical services as required.

Under Lot 3 GRETB are requesting qualified contractors to provide on-going building maintenance services as required.
