The subject of the contract includes in particular:
a) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with applicable law in 2023.
b) providing property owners with containers and bags intended for the collection of particular types of waste having colors and markings in accordance with the requirements set out in specific regulations and providing services related to their maintenance in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition.
Detailed scope of the item of the order is specified in Annex 1 - Description of the item of the order
The object of the order is in particular:
a) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Wielka Nieszawka Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with applicable law in 2023.
(b) ensuring that the Contractor has access to hard-to-reach points (in particular in winter) by arranging means of transport which allow the collection of waste from obstructed address points;
(c) providing property owners with containers and bags intended for the collection of different types of waste having a colour scheme and labelling in accordance with the requirements laid down in the specific provisions and the provision of services relating to the maintenance of them in an appropriate condition sanitary, ordinal and technical. The Contracting Authority stipulates that during the period of implementation of the contract, the quantity of containers or bags may be changed — reduced or increased according to actual needs. Where the described situation occurs, the Contractor's remuneration remains unchanged;
(d) the equipment of the Municipal Waste Collection Point in Small Nieszawka located on plot 26/17 next to the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant in containers/containers for separate collection of selected waste and the provision of services associated with keeping it in an appropriate condition sanitary, cleanup and technical reception of the transport and management of waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK);
(e) the collection and management of waste from collection points of expired medicines and collection points of spent batteries;
