Subpart 1:
To map the amount of food waste and food waste in each of the two links in the food supply chain - the Danish primary production and the processing and manufacturing sectors, respectively.
Subpart 2:
To map and calculate the amount of food waste and food waste produced in the restaurant industry and restaurant services according to an already established model.
The model will be used for the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's reporting of food waste data to the European Commission/Eurostat in accordance with Article 9 of the Waste Directive in each year until the next detailed measurement, so that the amount of food waste in 2023, 2024 and 2025 can be estimated by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency using the model.
