2. The detailed description and manner of execution of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ, respectively, which is the Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex 2 to the SWZ constituting the Designed provisions of the contract.
3. The Contracting Party may invalidate the procurement procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.
